At Before Mass Production, we are committed to offering thoughtfully produced, high-quality goods that reflect our dedication to craftsmanship and integrity. Because many of our products are consumable or personal in nature — such as olive oil — we must maintain certain restrictions on returns and refunds in order to ensure product safety and quality for all our customers.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety considerations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on consumable items such as olive oil, even if unopened. All sales are considered final once shipped.
We encourage you to review your order carefully before confirming your purchase. If you have any questions about a product prior to ordering, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to help.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue efficiently, we may request the following:
Clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label
Your order number and a brief description of the issue
Once we verify the issue, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or store credit, depending on the circumstances and product availability. Please note that replacements are subject to stock and harvest schedules.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting us directly. After this window, we begin preparing orders for shipment and cannot guarantee cancellation.
Exceptions
While our standard policy applies to most products, certain limited-edition or pre-order items may carry specific terms. These will be clearly stated on the product page.
